Shipping Policy

Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order. Other variables out of our control, including inclement weather, may have an impact on shipping times.

You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot locate the email, send us an email to gypsi@dirtroadgypsi.com and we will provide you with the shipping information for your order.

We employ an address verification service in partnership with the usps to automatically verify all addresses. If our automated systems cannot verify your shipping address, we will contact you to verify your shipping address. Both of these situations may delay the processing and shipping times for your order if we cannot reach you prior to shipping your order.

Economy Shipping

Orders shipped via economy will be processed and shipped within 5-8 business days, and will be received within 5-12 business days.

Standard Shipping

Orders shipped via standard will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days, and will be received within 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping

Orders shipped Express will be processed within 1-2 Business Day and often same day. you may select the option to pay higher shipping at checkout to have your order express. Once the item is shipped you should expect to receive your item within 2-3 business days. Please note the shipping time is estimated after your order has shipped out of our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed.

Although we provide estimates of the number of days your order will take to arrive, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive within those quoted timeframes. We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order. Shipping & handling delays, although infrequent, may delay your order.

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will ask that ‘you’, the customer, open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. unfortunately, it is easier for the customer to work with the shipping carrier rather than us so for that reason, we ask that you reach out to them. we will do our absolute best to help you; however, the package is no longer our responsibility once it has left the warehouse.

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, the shipping carrier should refund the order as we do insure all of our packages. If we cannot replace the order, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs to the payment form used at checkout.If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
